Terms of Service for Personal Training Services

Sacred Kinetics LLC provides one-on-one personal training, movement coaching, and recovery-focused services such as assisted stretching through mobile sessions and a private in-home studio. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect.

Sacred Kinetics LLC offers personal training, movement coaching, assisted stretching, breathwork, and recovery-focused bodywork. These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not medical care. Sacred Kinetics LLC does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information regarding health history, injuries, and limitations
• Participate at their own pace and stop any activity that feels unsafe
• Communicate openly throughout the coaching process

Sacred Kinetics reserves the right to modify or stop any activity if safety is a concern.

• All sessions are by appointment only and scheduled based on availability
• Appointment requests are confirmed directly
• Late arrivals may reduce session time

Time is respected on both sides.

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged in full
• No-shows are charged in full
• Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be handled at Sacred Kinetics’ discretion

• Payment is generally due after one calendar month of training, unless otherwise agreed upon
• Single sessions, short-term training, or special circumstances may require payment at the time of service
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check
• Credit card payments are accepted with an transaction fee based on current rates at the time of processing

All services rendered are non-refundable.

• Services already provided are non-refundable
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or unused time are not eligible for refunds

Sacred Kinetics LLC respects client privacy and confidentiality. Personal information, health history, session discussions, and contact details are collected only for scheduling, coaching, recordkeeping, and business operations.

Client information is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. While Sacred Kinetics is not a medical provider, confidentiality is treated with the same care and respect expected in professional wellness services.

Private Studio sessions take place in a home-based environment located at the owners residence where animals are present. The studio is kept clean and professional; however, clients with sensitivities or allergies should consider mobile services and communicate concerns in advance.

Mobile sessions occur at the client’s home or preferred location. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, reasonably clear space suitable for movement and exercise.

Some services involve hands-on guidance or assisted stretching. Participation implies consent to appropriate physical contact for coaching and support. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Participation in fitness and wellness services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, loss of balance, or injury. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Sacred Kinetics LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety, boundaries, or professional alignment are compromised.

Messages are returned as soon as reasonably possible. Immediate responses are not guaranteed during sessions or outside normal business hours.

By scheduling and participating in services with Sacred Kinetics LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
